Clamping Force 70-240T Dual Color Rotary Table Vertical Injection Molding Machine
1. Fixed two upper moulds on top, and two lower moulds on rotary table, Clockwise & counter-clockwise exchanging rotary core by 180 degree, then complete dual color injection(or over-mould).
2. Vertical clamping moulds and rotary table, Two sets of injection devices and clamping independency system(has independency hydraulic oil system). Clamping force around 70-240T which control by computer. Low & high hydraulic oil system suit to produce normal or special dual color products.
3.The precise positioning disc platform by servo motor, with a special central cooling water supply device in the middle. It can be used for cooling water transportation of the lower mould.
4. It also can expand the computer program and the special multistations type rotary table(such as two upper mould, four lower moulds) for automatic insertion and removal device on the other two lower moulds and also achieve full-automatic production and increase production capacity.
5. Various hydraulic oil system (Semi-Closed Loop, Servo motor or high-speed injection) designs can meet customer requirements.
